What is your philosophy on health and fitness?
Our diet matters the most. The saying ‘you are what you eat’ stands true in every sense. However, working out also stands parallel and if I don’t get to go the gym, I do try to walk at least an hour in a day.

Not really but I do try my best to work out every day. To try to sleep early and wake up refreshed. Often when I don’t have regular shoots happening, I get a little lazy in my routine, watching movies late night and waking up late. A regular sleeping pattern is essential. Also, I now focus on eating healthy like seafood, veggies and lean meat.

I don’t follow any kind of diet very strictly. I don’t have a fixed breakfast menu for every day, lunch I do sometimes and sometimes I don’t. Though I do try to take in my dinner earlier at least by 8pm. I enjoy my fruits too.

Also I don’t set my cheat days before my shoots as I want to look my absolute best in front of the camera.
