  1. What’s your morning routine?

The first thing I do as soon as I wake up is a nice cup of coffee. Then I either I have a good breakfast with a lot of protein, or if I am planning on going to the gym before the breakfast then I do that.

  1. What is your usual workout routine like?

I do not have a workout routine, I change, my workout every day. I have been doing this since I started working out that is the only way to lose fat. But now I am focusing more on weight training, as I am focused on building muscle.

  1. How important is breakfast for you? What do you have in it?

Breakfast is the most important thing for me. I actually wake up for breakfast, I love to eat. It is a motivation for me to wake up. I usually just have 2 eggs and a slice of multigrain bread. That is what my breakfast looks like every day.

  1. What does being fit mean to you?

It means everything to me. It makes me a much more confident person, it makes my clothes fit me better, it makes me function and look better, and I can motivate people who have seen me in this journey from obesity to being a fit person. So it means a lot to me.

  1. What is your take on junk food?

I am not going to lie. I love junk food. I have been eating it all my life and I still eat it. I love chocolate, donuts, fries. But at the same time it is necessary to balance it out with clean and healthy meals as well. Maybe junk food can be eaten on a cheat day. I have a cheat meal every 45 days, and I think it is important to treat yourself.

  1. Do you follow any particular diet? Such as keto, paleo, vegetarian?

I follow a protein diet, in which I just leave out the carbs and sugar, and just have meat and other sources of protein.
