For me, this year has been very productive. When talking of the pandemic, I’ve heard the next strain is quite mild and that is a good sign. This year has been very productive for me. All my projects were released this year which had been a super hit including Khuda Aur Mohabbat. Inteha E Ishq was also trending number 1 on YouTube for the first few weeks. I also released a song with Free Fire and I’ve been working on my music for quite a while now and there’s one more song that I’m about to release really soon. This song is very close to my heart as it’s one of my most favorite creations that I’m going to be putting out in the world. There’s also a major film coming, it’s been two years since it’s been ready but because cinemas were closed it didn’t release. So looking back, there definitely have been major highlights this year and this will definitely follow up in 2022. I’ve got many more plans about television, film and music. Stay tuned!

The onslaught of Covid 19 brought revolutionary changes in economic and social circles of the world. This microscopical antagonist has brought volcanic jolts to the human beings. The social and economic activity was minimized to a great extent therefore a majority of the world populace got confined to the four walls of the house.
Feelings of proximity with Almighty God accentuated to the optimum. We were compelled to do maximum service to the human fraternity. We were endowed with compassionate humanism. What is intrinsically required is to serve the fellow beings especially the people belonging to the lower strata of the society who suffer from derivation from all the sources. Most of us have rendered social service and fully conceived the greatness of the Lord who sent a microscopical enemy.
We had forgotten to bow before the ultimate authority yet COVID has shaken us from deep slumber. Prayers and recitation from the Holy Book have become the order of the day

For me 2021 was the best year for self development and self analysis… though it sounds weird but I had an absolutely peaceful time with my family and did my part and made my self ready for so many adversaries .. for me, it was definitely a huge blessing in disguise.

I think the years 2020 and 2021 will always be the most remembered for mostly the wrong reasons. We will never forget the word “Pandemic” since we all got introduced to it for the first time and in the coming years all I pray is for this to be the last time for the world to witness a Pandemic. Really praying and wishing for a virus free year to come . Insha’Allah

Life is full of uncertainties and worries about the future. While many things are outside of our control, our mindset is key to coping with difficult circumstances and confidently facing the unknown.Only 2 things are certain in life- one is change and the other is death.Covid-19 and its variants which will erupt from time to time are not in our control. And not only the virus itself but other aspects of life that are impacted from work , finances, socializing, travel, closure of schools and offices .To cope with it, I suggest we maintain a healthy routine and lifestyle which includes exercising regularly, practice skills such as cooking, painting and dabbing into social interaction through social media. Also we should be practicing social distancing at large gatherings. Including following safety measures, practice tolerance and indulge in things which were previously being ignored or neglected due to our busy schedule such as spending valuable family time .While we may not wish to acknowledge it, uncertainty is a natural and unavoidable part of life. If not Covid then it may be something else which will come up but if you are mentally strong, you can cope up with almost anything. As the coronavirus pandemic demonstrated to us, life can change very quickly and unpredictably. So here’s to 2022- to new beginnings with a positive attitude and steadfast prayers for a good life with good health wishes for all!

Pandemic was the unexpected period that everyone on this planet found challenging, both emotionally and financially. Undoubtedly 2020 was a critical year but 2021 was a better year, people learned a lot by paying attention to positive things. I’m also one of those human beings who survived this pandemic but in a different way. It was more of a self-improvement & self-realization period for me. I made some special memories with my family, my loved ones. I spent more time online interacting with my fans through live sessions so to help them to stay motivated and to not give up so soon. In fact I didn’t stop working during pandemic even, I was on shoot for three different dramas, namely Jalan, Dunk and Ghamandi throughout the pandemic. This helped me to stay engaged and provide you guys with the best possible entertainment during the times of hopelessness. The ongoing pandemic has taken a lot from us over these years but these times have brought some positive changes in all of us too. We have learnt to fight instead of giving up, we got closer to our loved ones since we had more time to spend at home, we learnt how to evolve in times of emergency, we learnt to help others, to be united for the betterment of humanity.

We as humans tend to adjust to all the curveballs life throws at us. I believe in making the most of every moment and I pretty much did just that. I travelled and I worked. The highlight of this year was my Dua-e-Khair and of course becoming a Producer was another goal that I achieved. Alhamdulilah. Pandemic has taught us a lot; to be grateful, to express more, to live life to it’s fullest and that’s what I’m planning to do in 2022, InshAllah.

This year has been a rollercoaster ride for me. I got married in February with my best friend; the most amazing person and a really good human being. It was a small, intimate function which was truly exceptional. Soon after that, I got a role in “Bay Nam” and just after a few days of shoot I came to know about my pregnancy. I was beyond nervous, happy and thrilled. Everyone was also beyond excited but I had to leave that drama in between because of my condition which I wasn’t really happy about as this had never happened in my career, but on the other hand my family was ecstatic because I’m the youngest among my siblings. And after a long wait the day finally came , in November I gave birth to my baby girl. It was indeed the best feeling ever to see her for the first time. I can’t wait to raise her as a wonderful woman, and more importantly a good human being. I hold utmost importance of family and it’s something that will always be my first priority.
