  1. What’s your morning routine?

Wake up, stretch, drink lots of water and do my skincare routine.

  1. What is your usual workout routine like?

I try to workout 4 times a week if my schedule allows it. I try to at least get a walk in if I can’t get to the gym. I would say a lot of cardio, and some HIIT workouts using just my body weight.

  1. How important is breakfast for you? What do you have in it?

I have a small breakfast, one egg and a toast. Personally I feel nauseous in the mornings so I try to keep it to a minimum however I do keep eating small meals throughout the day.

What does being fit mean to you?

Doing any kind of exercise everyday and eating healthy but not starving yourself.

  1. What is your take on junk food?

I personally don’t care for it; I have it here and there. My biggest vice would be chocolate.

 

  1. Do you follow any particular diet? Such as keto, paleo, vegetarian?

I try to stick to a pescetarian diet but I have no diary since I’m lactose intolerant.
