- What’s the first thing you do in the morning?
I drink water, usually 2 glasses and black coffee as soon as possible.
- What is your usual workout routine like?
I do strength training for 30 to 40 minutes, 4 to 5 days a week accompanied by 15 min high-intensity interval training cardio or 20 minutes of steady state cardio.
- What’s your typical breakfast?
It would have to be 3 egg white omelet, oatmeal with honey and black coffee.
- What does “balance” mean to you?
Balance means doing something that you can do for your life with consistency. changing your life style in a balanced way allows you to eat everything you want to eat and enjoy while staying fit. Eat everything but in proper proportions. And no one knows your body better than u. eat a balance of everything. Protein crabs and fat.
- Do you use any type of herbs in your day to day routine?
Nothing specific.
- Are you a walk or a workout person?
More a workout person but walk is as important as workout so just as I said “a balance of both”
- Do you follow any diet plan?
Well you have to be honest to yourself you know what’s good for you and what’s bad for you. I don’t do any particular diet like intermittent fasting or Keto diet. I just do intelligent eating. Keep protein levels good and keep a check on carbs and fats. Why starve yourself when you can eat good and healthy. I eat what I like but within a certain limit. Once you start eating healthy, you’ll know you are what you eat… don’t deprive yourself, just eat intelligently.

- What’s the first thing you do in the morning?
The first thing that I do in the morning is drinking a cup or glass of water. This is because whenever I wake up in the morning I feel very thirsty. So that is the first thing that I do.
- What is your usual workout routine like?
I am not very regular with my workout, but I do try to go for a walk alternatively.
- What’s your typical breakfast?
If I have the time, my typical breakfast consists of a half fried egg, along with a slice of bread or roti, and a cup of tea. But when I do not have the time, I usually skip my breakfast. I just directly go for lunch then.
- What does “balance” mean to you?
Balance to me means, to ensure that nor do you overeat or diet too much, and neither to exercise too much and exert your body. This is because diet is not a very good thing, so one should be very vigilant when it comes to dieting, and be very careful and balanced. Just exercise normally. Also, I believe it is necessary to control your hand when eating.
- Do you use any type of herbs in your day to day routine?
I try to take haldi,(turmeric), with olive oil and honey. There are numerous benefits of haldi. I try to take a teaspoon of haldi regularly, either directly, or I try to incorporate it in meals.
- Are you a walk or a workout person?
I say I am more of a walk person. I usually go for a walk in the evening, and that is what I try to do the most.
- Do you follow any diet plan?
Yes. Diet plans do not have to be cruel to the taste buds.
When I have to diet, I start my day with banana shake or mix fruit smoothie. Then for lunch I go for green salad with topping of hummus (made chickpeas and sesame seed oil). Or a bowl of mix lentils soup (full of protein). Then in the evening I usually have a bowl of fresh fruit salad. At night, khitchri with yoghurt! Everything in his diet is friendly to the taste buds, healthy and filling.
