spilling her secrets to Social Diary:
Your wellness routine before going to bed?
I have a habit of having dinner at 7pm so when I’m in bed my food is already digested. I drink water before I sleep and drink water as soon as I get up.
What is your philosophy on health and fitness?
Good health comes from your food intake. I don’t ever compromise on the quality of food.
The first thing you aim to do right after waking up?
Drink water
Do you believe in cheat days? If so, what’s the main item on the menu?
Of course I do. Cheat days are very important. I live to eat and I’m someone who has major cravings. Usually cheat day is a biryani day but if not I eat anything I crave for in that moment.
Would you call yourself a health freak-elaborate?
I won’t say I’m a health freak but I like to be healthy.
Any fad diets that worked for you?
I have never in my life followed a diet. I believe in balance, if you’re eating healthy and working out, there is no need for a diet.
A fitness guru you idolize?
I have no fitness gurus; every person has a different body type. The aim is to understand yours better and do what works for you.
Eating Healthy or Working Out? What works better for you?
Eating Healthy.
From where does your inspiration to living fit comes from?
All my friends have 8 packs which they love to flaunt; I would give them the credit for keeping me on my toes.
Working out at home or the gym?
Gym.
What are your breakfast cravings?
I like to have a big breakfast; I take care of all my cravings at breakfast.
How do you keep your workout interesting at home during pandemic?
Have lack of options to go out for a run I was forced to practice home yoga and meditation.
