With the onset of a pandemic, remaining fit is becoming a tad harder than usual. Here’s to getting inspiration from your favorite stars on how to keep the rhythm going and maintaining a wholesome lifestyle.

What remains your favorite healthy food/recipe?
I can’t cook, so won’t say recipe but eggs are my fav part of a healthy meal.

The first thing you aim to do right after waking up?
Work out. My trainer comes at 6am.

Would you call yourself a health freak-elaborate?
No, I wouldn’t, because I don’t think one should be so hard on themselves.

Any fad diets that worked for you?
Portion control is the only thing that works. Diets are short term and do have repercussions

Your wellness routine before going to bed?
I make sure to hydrate myself and my skin

Your favorite smoothie/healthy beverage recipe?
There is this smoothie I have been drinking since a kid. Its beetroot, carrot, apple, ginger, spinach and orange, all blended together.

What is your philosophy on health and fitness?
It’s the essence of life. Our body is our home, we got to respect it. By making health and fitness a part of our lifestyle, we are doing so much more than we know. And it does pay of

Do you believe in cheat days? If so, what’s the main item on the menu?
Cheese burgers.

Do you follow and adapt meditation tactics in your daily routine?
I really want to. Aiming at it now

Eating Healthy or Working Out? What works better for you?
How can I choose.

When out with friends, where do you often like to dine?
Well, since the pandemic haven’t really stepped out for food. But we order a lot from evergreen

Working out at home or the gym?
Gym any day but since Covid, I have been working out at home, in our garden

A fitness guru you idolize?
Shay Mitchell. She’s a fitness guru for me, since she’s a mom and an actor. She makes the whole journey so relatable and fun!

What is your health motto?
Burn more than you eat

Your views on adapting superficial standards of beauty? How can these be rectified?
People follow what they watch, our influencers have so many followers, if only they stop using beauty filters, and show more realistic standards of Beauty. Some actually are doing this.
