What is your philosophy on health and fitness?
Always try to be a better version of yourself today than yesterday. Don’t compare and take it 1 day at a time.
Would you call yourself a health freak-elaborate?
I am not a health freak but I try my best to stay fit and eat healthy. I understand the importance of being healthy and I motivate and appreciate people around me as well.
Any fad diets that worked for you?
Not really. My health philosophy is pretty simple: just know what you are eating.
Eating Healthy or Working Out? What works better for you?
Bit of both helps me. I try to eat healthy and try to keep a moderate exercise in check too.
Your wellness routine before going to bed?
Dinner at 7PM followed by a cup of green tea. Eating in late hours close to your sleep is very unhealthy and I make sure to avoid that kind of practice.
How do you keep your workout interesting at home during pandemic?
By keeping separate days for specific muscles. You can target specific muscles on day-to-day basis and you will never get bored.
What remains your favorite healthy food/recipe
A good steak or grilled fish.
The first thing you aim to do right after waking up?
Take a glass of lemon juice in warm water. It helps in digestion as well as reduces belly fat.
Do you believe in cheat days? If so, what’s the main item on the menu?
I am very disciplined but once in a blue moon it’s very important to have a cheat day otherwise your body gets immune to your diet. A cheat day is a cheat day only when you can have homemade biryani.

Breakfast: Oats/Boiled Eggs

Post-workout: 1 banana

All the places that serve grilled chicken. Nandos tops the list.
