1 kg Chicken filet Marinate in-
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp green masala
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp dry dhana
- 2 tbsp garlic sauce
Mexican bean stew
Cheddar cheese
Crumbs
Preparing Method
Marinate the chicken in the marinade. Pound a little pkt of Mexican bean stew, cheddar and a plain bread crumbs. Coat the marinated chickens fillet with bean stew, lay in pyrex, grind with cheddar, cover with the bread crumbs and fry till done.
