In 2018 we took initiative from” Home Base Business” with a very minimum
amount of 62.60 $.
In 2019 got a chance in Women Entrepreneurship programme by Prime
Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan in Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce .After
qualifying in all rounds management have allotted me office there to start my
business as a women incubate in women incubation centre (WBIC).
Our business module is different from other businesses. It’s a Humanitarian
base business project.
• We empower those ladies who accidently become orphan divorcee
widow or 65+ age of ladies whom care taker is no one but they’re living
with their kids .They don’t get money for their medicine and these ladies
belong to a good families but they’re unable to get job because of
illiteracy and their cultural & social barriers doesn’t allow them to work
with males. Another reason they don’t let them to do low profile jobs .
In our project they don’t need qualification because every female is
familiar with spices and the process of spices .
• In “Fresh & More “ we call
• them “Khadijians” We want to show the world we Muslim
Ladies are the pioneer of Business.
• We’ve our own role model Umm al Momineen Hadhrat
Khadija RA.
• Chemicals are very dangerous for health. In scientific world we
believe in very quick process and for the life time but nature is best
so we don’t add chemicals preservatives or colour in our product.
We’re manufacturing 100% pure organic spices to save our
upcoming generations from Chemicals.
• Our product best thing is we are producing 100% organic with a
market affordable price for all consumer .Our products is not for the
specific class .It is for all from lower class to elite class with the
same quality and purity.
Our upcoming 5 year plan is to establish an Industry of First Asian Women
largest factory in which we can create jobs for at least 5000 deserving females
and in further plans to build a school of secondary level where we can provide
initially basic education so their kids can be able to get jobs

We’re creating Jobs as we all knows we’re moving
towards Modern Scientific Era in which we’re more
comfortable to do quick work through machines. This is
a very good change in society .We all do work on a
single CLICK but ever we think as we destroy Nature

Fresh & More spices .We have displayed our product in
different cities of cheap bazar which is organized every
year by the government of Pakistan to ensure the
availability of products in less price for underprivileged

Revenue Model:
As we’ve mentioned that we’ve started this business
with a very low budget. We’ve started with 62.60$
gradually with a period of time we’ve generated
revenue and utilize it again & again into business in
different areas but we’re looking for long term
investment to generate more revenue. We’ve done
experiment to generate our revenue to start selling our
product to different Gov. Organizations & main
kitchens of different messes. Later as we start getting
our profit we made our small set up and in a low base
we’ve been able to get into the market.
Marketing & Sales Strategy:
As we’ve mentioned earlier that our marketing budget
is very low but we do it our capacity. We participate in
exhibitions and food fests. Where we get benefit to do
marketing and secondly we generate sale.
We display stalls outside of LMT’s to attract customers
to our product.
Latest we’ve been selected for the upcoming event by
TDAP (Trade Development Authority of Pakistan) in
South Africa for the SME sector development.
Investment Sought /Types of Investment:
As this is humanitarian base business project .We’re
looking for a long term business investment to set up
this SME business into Mega Industry to empower
more women into it..As we’re expected in starting
from 1 Million up to 10 Million USD in upcoming 5years
on the base of equity.
