No. I am a food lover, so I eat everything but I control the portions.
What is your philosophy on health and fitness?
Health and fitness go hand-in-hand. An active, healthy lifestyle makes up for a happier, healthier life. I do not see fitness or workout as a form of punishment, rather a way for my body to stay on track and my mind to stay active.

No, I do not believe in them. I do not invest in temporary diets that do not have long lasting effects.
Eating Healthy or Working Out? What works better for you?
Both. I am a firm believer that what you put in your body is as important as working out. Energy provided by food coming from a healthy diet is better than that gained from junk food. However, we all have those “cheat days”
