With Ramadan around the corner we have decided to share some delicious recipes to prep for it! Ghilafi kebabs are tempting Pakistani starters, perfect for your iftar party!
Ingredients:
• Mutton Mince – 1/4 kg (thinly chopped by machine)
• Capsicum – 1 (very finely chopped)
• Tomato – 1 (discard the seeds and finely cubed)
• Bread – 1 sliced (soaked in water and squeezed)
• Green chillies – 6 (finely chopped)
• Oil -¼ cup
• Onion – ½ cup (finely chopped)
• Ginger 1 inch piece (finely chopped)
• Garam masala powder – 1 tsp (leveled)
• Salt – 1 tsp
• Ginger garlic paste -1 tbsp (heaped)
• Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
• Cashew nuts paste – 1 tbsp
Method:
• Mix all the chopped vegetables with coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, cashews, bread and mince.
• Mold the paste in the form of kebabs and refrigerate them.
• Deep fry the chilled kebabs in oil and serve hot.
