There are several kinds of soups you can try. But some of the most common ones are those that allow you to have your health in complete check.

Having to take on a steamy shower has many benefits too.if you are dizzy or weak from the flu, sit in a chair in your bathroom while you run a hot shower. This should be mostly done right before you are hitting the bed. The results are endless and having to do so on a regular basis allows you to have good health in order.
Gargling with Salt Water
You should adapt simple gargling effects. This means you will take half a teaspoon of salt in a cup of warm water. And then it will provide you with relief from sore throat in no time.
