What’s your morning routine?
My morning routine is very simple, wake up, shower and then I get ready for work.
What is your usual workout routine like?
I train 4 times a week in the gym. This would be solely focusing on strength training and then I would do cardio at least twice a week.
How important is breakfast for you? What do you have in it?
Breakfast is very important for me. This should be probably one of the most important meal of the day as it sets the tone of the day. I normally have porridge with protein powder in it and twice a week I will have 2 Eggs with a slice of bread.
What does being fit mean to you?
Being fit doesn’t necessarily means you have to be in the gym 24/7. For me it means a combination of eating healthy and paying attention to what you body needs. It needs to have a balance between training and eating healthy. Relying on one thing doesn’t mean being fit.
How often do you indulge in a cheat meal? Do you think it is important to stay fit?
Cheat meal is the best part of the week. I have one meal once a week as a cheat meal. In that I will have absolutely anything that I want.
Do you follow any particular diet? Such as keto, paleo, vegetarian?
Yes, I do follow a diet. Its high protein low carb diet. Protein keeps you full for longer and that really helps you control your calorie intake on a daily basis.
