- What’s your morning routine?
My alarm goes off every morning at 8:30 am. I get straight out of bed without checking my notifications on my phone and get ready for the gym.
- What is your usual workout routine like?
I start off with cardio. I do 20-25 mins of running and walking intervals on the treadmill (on an incline) and then 15 mins of the elliptical. Whether I have a shoot, commercial, or any work-related events I follow two Fitness YouTubers to get fast results. Otherwise, on a regular basis, I do abs and butt workouts, and I lift small weights for my arms.
- How important is breakfast for you? What do you have in it?
Breakfast is so important for me because it gives me energy for the rest of the day. I go for a high protein breakfast that comprises of 3 hard-boiled eggs (without the yoke), two slices of whole wheat toast, organic peanut butter, greek yogurt, and my coffee!
- What does being fit mean to you?
Being healthy means loving your body and treating it with love and respect.
- What is your take on junk food?
Cheat days are very important. It’s okay to have junk food once in a while but you should have it in moderation. Too much of anything is not good for you.
- Do you follow any particular diet? Such as keto, paleo, vegetarian?
I don’t follow a particular diet but I always try to have more vegetables and up my protein intake.
