1. What’s your morning routine?
Well I always drink a glass of warm water with honey


2. What is your usual workout routine like?
I go to gym , 4 times a week for cardio and sometimes weight lifting to maintain my body

3. How important is breakfast for you? What do you have in it?
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and I make sure I eat cornflakes with milk and fruits

 
4. What does being fit mean to you?
It means to have a comfortable life and A way of life
5. What is your take on junk food?
As difficult as it is to control it, i am a huge fan of junk food 😍


6. How often do you indulge in a cheat meal? Do you think it is important to stay fit?
Well Yes cheat days are important but in a balanced manner, like I have my two days of cheat meals .

7. Do you follow any particular diet? Such as keto, paleo, vegetarian?
Well to be very honest, i don’t , but when I have my shows ,i cut my intake of rice , as it makes my face swollen.
