Let’s get fit with celebrities!

Having a healthy lifestyle is not an option anymore, it is mandatory. With this new segment at Social Diary, you can get fit with your favourite celebrities! If they can take out the time and effort to focus on their health, why should we hold back?

  1. What’s the first thing you do in the morning?

The 1st thing I have is my 7almonds with water and then one banana to get my protein, mean while my super healthy breakfast been cooked

  1. What is your usual workout routine like?

Well 1st of all I don’t take my gym routine on my nerves because I strongly believe your body listens to your mind , I keep myself on super healthy diet with decent amount of workout every day , I do not soak myself in the gym to shove my ribs off.

  1. What’s your typical breakfast?

4 to 5 egg white omelet, black coffee and 2 multigrain toasts.

  1. What does “balance” mean to you?

Balance means everything to me, in work I choose between quality & quantity, in the gym I pick one muscle a day or maximum two and I work out on them specifically, I balance my diet with having maximum amount of protein daily if I have subtracted carbs from my body, I balance my lifestyle according to my physical fitness and I do not starve myself.

  1. Do you use any type of herbs in your day to day routine?

Yes I do, I use coconut organic oil for my hair skin and food, I use lemon a day, and herbal green tea is a must everyday too.

  1. Are you a walk or a workout person?

A bit of both and I make sure I jog in the park too close to the nature at least twice a week other then my gym routine.
