I like light Olay products … for oily skin oil of Olay … for regular to dry skin Olay luminous skin perfecting cream .
How often should One replace One’s mascara ?
Once in 3 months.
Why should a lash curler be used?
I don’t like lash curlers … never have! Looks like a torture instrument …
Why is contouring of the face necessary?
Contouring brings out the bone structure. It can help even out your face shape and gives your features a lot of definition and balance.
Why should we have brushes of different shapes and sizes for makeup application?
Brushes are like surgical instruments … each has a separate purpose. Some are soft and fluffy like for blush & powder… some are rounded & compact for eye shadows … others angular & sharp for contouring & shaping eyes or lips . A variety is needed to get the desired finished look. Always invest in good brushes & look after them.
What is the best way to deal with clumpy eyeshadow?
You can wet your brush and thin it out … best is to blend it well and apply less.
How often should one replace foam blending sponges?
I use single application sponges … one use,one person & chuck it in the bin, simple!
Is it true that Primer makes makeup last longer?
Depends how long you want your makeup to last … I think primer is better for a mature skin and a moisturizer is better for younger skin.
What lipstick shades work best for discoloured teeth?
Bright blue based reds will reflect any discoloration of teeth.
How often should One wash One’s makeup brushes?
Once a month.
What should be used to remove colour stay lipstick?
Soap & water usually does the trick. Bioderma H2O also works wonders.
What is a bronzer used for?
I love bronzer … It gives you the look of healthy glowing skin … like you’ve just been to the south of France for a beach holiday!
How often should a lipstick be replaced?
When it goes off … it gets that eeewww smell as if somthing died & the texture begins to split as you put it on … lipsticks do last however, invest in good brands.
How often should cream eyeshadows be removed?
Always …
How often should liquid eyeliners be removed?
Always … Any makeup that you wear should be removed thoroughly at night before you go to sleep … like ALWAYS!!!
