Amazon Nectar

Our Amazon Nectar is a natural immune booster: the chia seeds, coconut water and Manuka honey are all super foods that have anti-inflammatory properties. The strawberries give you a vital dose of Vitamin C. A top tip would be to freeze the strawberries and forego the ice cubes.

· 2 cups strawberries
· 1 cup fresh coconut water
· 1 tsp. chia seeds
· 2 tbsps. Greek yogurt
· 1 tbsp. Manuka Honey
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Green Mojito Smoothie

This smoothie with pineapple and spinach packs a punch. Spinach is deemed as the worlds healthiest food while pineapple contains collagen producing enzymes to help our skin looking fresh and youthful.

· 3 cups ice cubes (or as desired)
· 2 cups baby spinach leaves
· 7 ounces crushed pineapple
· ½ cup water
· 1 banana, chopped
· 1 orange, peeled and split
· 1 lemon, juice
· 1 lime, juiced
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Amazon Fuel

The power smoothie is a full meal with the perfect balance of good fats, carbs and essential protein. It’s a staple in my personal diet!

· 1 cup coconut water
· 1 cup Low-fat greek yogurt
· 1 tbsp. chia seeds
· 1 cup berries (any)
· 1 tbsp. vegan protein powder
· stevia or brown sugar to taste

Blend for 30 seconds and serve immediately.
