Khadija Sha : Still waiting trial at the hands of Pakistan Law

hadijah Shah, daughter of former Finance Minister Salman Shah and granddaughter of former Chief of Army Staff Asif Nawaz Janjua, studied in the UK at the London School of Economics.

She returned to Pakistan and made her mark in the fashion industry. Khadijah is married, has three children (two sons and a daughter), and holds dual citizenship.

Khadijah Shah’s passion for fashion design was nurtured by her mother, Aneela, who is also a fashion designer.

The family’s fashion brand, Élan, was launched in 2004.

It was named after Aneela’s nickname, highlighting her significant impact on Khadijah’s career path.

Khadija Sha Career

During the early days of her career, Khadijah Shah focused on a niche market of high-end clientele. Which helped establish her brand.

In 2012, she joined forces with Hussain Mills Ltd. and entered the lawn market, launching Élan lawn on March 15, 2012, which further expanded her brand.

Later In 2014, Shah partnered with Sapphire Mills. And took on the role of Creative Director while also continuing to manage and develop her own brand, Élan.

Khadija Sha Conviction

By 2023 She was arrested by Police for conspiring against the state of Pakistan, Due to her activity on 9th may commander house attack in Pakistan.

Khadija Shah has written an open letter from Central Jail, Kot Lakhpat. Explaining the unfolding tragedy faced by 18 imprisoned women, seeking empathy and humanity.

In a five-page handwritten letter, shared by her husband and the party’s official account on X.

Ms Shah described “heart-wrenching” accounts of separation, pain, and suffering among the May 9 prisoners.

She asserted that each prisoner, including herself, has borne unimaginable punishment.
