The Louis Vuitton x Takashi Murakami Artycapucines VII collection brings color, imagination, and craftsmanship to the Grand Palais. Revealed during Art Basel Paris, it celebrates the long-standing bond between the French fashion house and the Japanese artist.

A Grand Art Installation
Murakami designed an eight-meter octopus sculpture glowing with his famous Jellyfish Eyes motif. Its flowing tentacles extend into the exhibition, creating a dreamlike world filled with Superflat energy and playful colors.

Bags That Tell a Story
Displayed beneath the sculpture, the Artycapucines VII handbags feature 3D mushrooms, jeweled pandas, and new Plush Balls inspired by Escher’s reflective art. Each piece blends Louis Vuitton’s skill with Murakami’s joyful characters.

A Legacy of Creativity
Since 2003, Louis Vuitton and Murakami have pushed fashion and art forward. Their latest collaboration proves that true creativity never fades it only grows brighter.
