Palestinians Are Starving, and Pakistan Is Silent
Artist and activist Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Jr is calling on Pakistanis to speak out as Gaza faces a worsening humanitarian crisis. In a strong video message, he criticized the country’s weak response and lack of real action.
Zulfikar Bhutto Jr Urges Pakistan to Wake Up
Bhutto described how Palestinians are dying from hunger and thirst in what he called a human-made famine. He follows Gazans on TikTok who share heartbreaking stories from inside the siege. These raw clips, he says, are impossible to ignore.
He also noted the poor turnout at recent pro-Palestine protests in Pakistan. “Few people showed up, and no major organizations were involved,” he said. Bhutto questioned why Pakistanis rely on English or Arabic slogans, instead of raising their voices in Urdu.

Support Means More Than Slogans
Pakistan has made a few official statements, but Bhutto says words alone are not enough. “We must act like this is happening to us,” he urged.
As Gaza faces starvation and violence, his message is clear: Silence is not neutrality — it’s complicity.
