  • What’s your morning routine?

I get up around 6:45 and do my workout at home,  I have the equipments at my home so it makes it easier for me workout and save the travel time.

  • What is your usual workout routine like?

Twice a week leg day, twice a week arms day and once a week Abs day.

  • How important is breakfast for you? What do you have in it?

Breakfast is very very Important, I eat an apple before my workout and then after workout I take my whey protein in water. Usually 2 egg whites and 1 egg whole for breakfast

  • What does being fit mean to you?

It means a healthy lifestyle to me. The healthier I become the more positive approach I have in decision making.

  • What is your take on junk food?

It’s rare. I hardly munch on junk food now; if I do I take few bites, that is it. (Not a sweet tooth)

  • How often do you indulge in a cheat meal? Do you think it is important to stay fit?

Every Sunday I have a cheat meal.

Yes it is important to stay fit. Fitness Is a lifestyle and it comes with hard work, practice and focus.

  • Do you follow any particular diet? Such as keto, paleo, vegetarian?

I follow a high protein with low carb diet.
