Changing weather can often lead to flu-like symptoms such as cough and flu. It’s important to note that if your symptoms persist or worsen, it’s important to see a healthcare provider for further evaluation and treatment. However, there are several remedies that can help alleviate these symptoms and speed up recovery. Let’s check those out:

Stay hydrated: Drinking plenty of fluids, such as water, tea, and broth, can help keep you hydrated and soothe a dry or sore throat.
Rest: Resting can help your body recover and fight off the flu.
Take over-the-counter medication: Over-the-counter medications like acetaminophen or ibuprofen can help relieve symptoms such as fever, headache, and body aches.
Gargle with salt water:
Gargling with salt water can help soothe a sore throat and reduce inflammation.
Use a humidifier: A humidifier can help relieve congestion and soothe dry throat and nasal passages.
Try natural remedies: Natural remedies such as ginger, honey, and lemon have anti-inflammatory and antiviral properties that may help alleviate symptoms.
Practice good hygiene:
Wash your hands frequently, cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing, and avoid close contact with people who are sick.
