Fitness Routine
Rachel Bilson is supremely talented but is also well-known for her svelte figure which she gets by following a strict diet and working out effectively. Let’s now see how she does it all:

While she does not consider herself a gym person, she still exercises 5 times a week. Her routine includes:
Her workout starts with 20 minutes of cardio exercises.
She does squats and lunges after cardio
She also follows resistance training with lightweight
Her Workout ends with a “10-minute total body workout routine” which consists of 3 main exercises- Spiderman push-ups, Prone Scissors, and double crunches. It targets her whole body from her arms to legs.
In case she isn’t in the mood, she likes to indulge in a bit of dancing and also likes playing tennis
RACHEL’S DIET:
She is known to follow a strict diet plan which helps her to stay in shape.
Some of the major things she avoids from her diet include alcohol, bread, carbs, dairy, extra sweets, and fats.
Bilson ensures she has healthy meals cooked at home and often prepares dinner herself for her guests and loved ones.
She has grown accustomed to eating egg whites, lean meats, and fresh vegetables.
While she is known to have a strong craving for chocolates, she tries to indulge in healthier snacks like granola bars.
