Ingredients:
• Wheat flour sifted 2 Cups
• Salt ½ tsp or to taste
• Egg 1
• Cooking oil 1 tbs
• Water ¾ Cup or as required
• Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
• Strawberry 3-4
• Banana 1-2
• Cooking oil ½ tsp
• Cooking oil 1 tsp
• Chocolate syrup/spread
• Cooking oil 1 tbs
Directions:
In a bowl, add wheat flour, salt, egg and cooking oil.
Gradually add water & knead until dough is formed.
Grease dough with oil, cover & let it rest for 30 minutes.
Knead dough again & divide it into 5 equal parts.
Drizzle cooking oil & coat them, cover & let it rest for 10 minutes.
Cut strawberries & banana into small slices & set them aside.
Take a small piece of dough and flatten with your hands.
Add & spread cooking oil and sprinkle dry flour & roll out as thin as possible with the help of a rolling pin.
Add & spread cooking oil, place banana slices in the center of the dough, drizzle chocolate syrup & fold the sides.
Repeat the procedure with strawberry slices paratha.
On griddle, add cooking oil and fry paratha from both sides until golden brown.
Cut into desired pieces, drizzle chocolate syrup & serve!
