- What’s your morning routine?
When I wake up, first of all I am use my mobile phone to check social media or my email, after that I eat a healthy breakfast.
- What is your usual workout routine like?
I mostly prefer to work out in the evening and here are some tips: Always warm up for 5 to 10 mints ,on running or down your stair, after that pick one exercise and do 3 to 5 set of that exercise.
- How important is breakfast for you? What do you have in it?
I think breakfast is very important for your health, because a good health makes you happy, and I love to eat desi breakfast with strong cup of tea.
- What does being fit mean to you?
As mentioned earlier, being fit means you are happy. When you have your health, it’s easier to feel happy.
- What is your take on junk food?
Well I am not into junk foods because too much junk food can cause a serious health problem.
- Do you follow any particular diet? Such as keto, paleo, vegetarian?
Yeah. I like vegetarian diet and follow it sometimes.
