No. I am a food lover, so I eat everything but I control the portions.
What is your philosophy on health and fitness?
Health and fitness go hand-in-hand. An active, healthy lifestyle makes up for a happier, healthier life. I do not see fitness or workout as a form of punishment, rather a way for my body to stay on track and my mind to stay active.
Any fad diets that worked for you?
No, I do not believe in them. I do not invest in temporary diets that do not have long lasting effects.
Eating Healthy or Working Out? What works better for you?
Both. I am a firm believer that what you put in your body is as important as working out. Energy provided by food coming from a healthy diet is better than that gained from junk food. However, we all have those “cheat days”
Where does your inspiration to live fit comes from?
In my family, I gain inspiration from my father and from showbiz it has to be JLo!
The first thing you aim to do right after waking up?
Drinking luke warm water mixed with honey.
How do you keep your workout interesting at home?
I am always on the go at home, and once I am up, I do not go to bed until I am done with the day.
Do you believe in cheat days? If so, what’s the main item on the menu?
Yes, I do. They are necessary as we all have cravings. My guilty pleasures include pizza and paratha.

Breakfast: toast with jam and a cup of tea, sometime paratha

I prefer smoothies. My favorite one has Carrot-Ginger-Spinach-pineapple- cantaloupe-avocado and dates blended together. I also like mint margarita.

Drinking a cup of milk 3 hours before bed. I do not eat or drink anything right before going to bed.

Age gracefully. Time cannot be reversed, (so don’t try to look 20 at the age of 40).Trust yourself and be comfortable in your own skin.
