One of Hollywood’s most popular actresses, Jessica Alba is known for her versatile roles and not to mention her amazing physique. Amid her busy lifestyle as an actress, entrepreneur, and mom of three, Alba prioritizes a consistent fitness routine and a nutrient-packed diet to keep her energy going. “Working out takes away that little edge so that I feel happier and more productive, and my brain can get kick-started,” she said. Let’s now take a peek at ways in which she manages to look so great while ensuring she has high energy levels at all times!

 

Jessica’s Diet:
Jessica Alba follows a mostly organic, plant-based diet. It allows her to have really good skin and a refreshing take.
She focuses on eating whole foods and avoids processed foods as much as possible. This includes fruits and vegetables in their raw form. Though she prefers lentil soups.
She also tries to stay hydrated by drinking lots of water throughout the day. She ensures she has zero-calorie drinks. Especially green tea.
She likes to start her day with a green smoothie made with spinach, kale, celery, cucumber, ginger, and lemon. She doesn’t prefer drinking whole milk and prefers creating smoothies with almond milk!

Jessica’s Workout:

Jessica Alba is known to be a fan of various types of exercise, including strength training, yoga, and cardio.
She has worked with personal trainers and also enjoys taking fitness classes.
She does a mix of Pilates and strength training to stay toned and build muscle.
She also enjoys cardio workouts such as running and hiking to keep her heart healthy.
She makes sure to stay active throughout the day by doing things like taking the stairs instead of the elevator and going for walks with her family.
