Summit trekking
It is a type of mountaineering that involves climbing to the highest point of a mountain or peak. This type of trekking requires a lot of physical endurance, technical skills, and experience. Summit trekking can be very challenging, but it is also a very rewarding experience. Many people who enjoy outdoor activities and adventure seek out summit trekking as a way to challenge themselves and experience the beauty of nature from high altitudes.
Summit trekking without supplemental oxygen is a very challenging feat that requires a lot of physical and mental preparation. Climbers who attempt to summit mountains without oxygen typically train for months or even years to prepare their bodies for the extreme altitude and low oxygen levels. They also need to have a lot of experience and technical skills to navigate the difficult terrain and changing weather conditions. Climbers who summit without oxygen typically take longer to reach the summit, as they need to take more breaks to allow their bodies to acclimate to the altitude. They also need to be very aware of their body’s limits and be prepared to turn back if they start to experience any symptoms of altitude sickness.
