How to Cut Down Belly Fats Super Fast & Flatten Your Abs!

Extreme belly fat weight loss involves a combination of various factors.

This includes:

BMR

If you are looking into maintaining or losing weight, understanding your basal metabolic rate can be extremely helpful. Your BMR is the amount of energy your body requires to carry out basic functions. At rest your body still needs fuel to power your organs like the brain, heart, lungs, liver, intestine, skin, etc. Using a BMR calculator gives you an estimate of how many calories your body needs each day just to function; from there you can adjust your calorie intake based on your goal. Typically BMR is between 1000-2000 meaning you need 1000 to 2000 calories to fuel basic function. BMR for women averages around 1400. BMR for men average between 1600 to 1800

Intermittent Fasting:-


There is evidence that when intermediate fasting is done correctly it can help you lose weight.  It also helps in controlling blood pressure and lowering your cholesterol levels, preventing blood sugar and diabetes while improving brain cells. During a fasting state, the liver converts glycogen back to glucose to keep supplying the body with energy. Once the glycogen reserves in the liver are depleted then the body taps into energy stored in adipose tissues. Fats in the adipose tissues are broken down for more energy supply, thus when you’ve been fasting long enough, the body burns fats for energy and loses extra fats.

Healthy Diet

Always focus on your balanced diet that is rich in lean proteins, veggies, fruits, and whole grains. Say no to fast foods, dining at restaurants, processed foods, sugary drinks, and refined carbohydrates.

Exercise and Physical Activity
Physical work is always preferred over exercise. 2 to 3 times a week for one hour of physical work can do wonders for you. It even handles the mental stress more than the actual exercise does. Pick something that works for you best. Initially pick out cardio and yoga and slowly make your way into high-intensity workouts.

Lifestyle Changes:
Opt to get more sun without burning yourself. This is very therapeutic in decreasing cortisol levels which is a stress hormone.  Even when on vacation, just soaking in the sun and nature effectively decreases stress levels.  Also, try avoiding any news that may make you upset. Too much thinking, and analyzing different problems can definitely increase cortisol levels. Try keeping yourself busy with something creative and constructive. Also getting more sleep reduces caloric intake; its a game changer for weight loss!
